LLVISION recently hosted a product launch event in Seoul, South Korea, introducing its latest consumer-grade AR glasses — the Leion Hey2. Weighing just 49 grams, the Hey2 offers real-time translation in over 100 languages with latency under 500 milliseconds. The standalone device provides up to 8 hours of continuous use, and with its portable charging case, battery life can extend up to 96 hours.
One of the standout features is its simultaneous interpretation–level translation experience. Equipped with 360° sound source localization and neural noise reduction algorithms, the glasses maintain a 98% recognition accuracy even when voices are 6 decibels quieter than background noise. Users simply need to look at the speaker to view floating subtitles approximately 2–3 meters ahead in their field of vision — enabling a hands-free, immersive experience ideal for international meetings, travel, or study abroad scenarios.
Optically, the Hey2 uses waveguide technology with hundreds of thousands of gratings embedded within just one centimeter. The lenses are as thin as 0.4mm — half the thickness of a credit card. Its light engine is the size of a red bean and weighs only 0.3 grams, offering a bright, glare-free visual display with up to 2500 nits of brightness and virtually no rainbow artifacts.
On the software side, LLVISION also introduced its lightweight AI assistant, Hey Agent, which can be activated via touch or voice. Users can seamlessly switch between languages, take notes, check the weather or stock quotes, and even auto-generate multilingual meeting summaries.
Notably, within two hours of the launch, pre-orders for the Leion Hey2 surpassed 10,000 units — signaling strong consumer interest and market momentum.
