In August 2024, Doctorglassesand TCL RayNeo signed the Doctorglassesand TCL RayNeo Cooperation Framework Agreement, and both parties agreed to jointly invest in the establishment of a joint venture. The registered capital of the joint venture is CNY 15 million.

In this cooperation project, Doctorglassesis responsible for offline channel sales and promotion, participates in product research and development and design, and has joint decision-making power on key strategies such as products, channels, and marketing.
