The Samsung Galaxy Ring was announced at Samsung Unpacked for the Chinese market on July 17th. This smart ring is available in three colors (Titanium Black, Titanium Silver, and Titanium Gold) and nine sizes, with a price tag of ¥2999.

As anticipated, the Galaxy Ring features gesture control. Users can control their smartphone's camera shutter or dismiss alarms with a double pinch. Battery life and waterproofing are key components of a smart ring. The Galaxy Ring is waterproof up to 100 meters, making it suitable for swimming, and it offers up to seven days of battery life.
