Shenzhen Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established on January 16, with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan and is wholly owned by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. According to Huawei, Huawei and Changan Automobile signed a Memorandum of Investment Cooperation. According to the agreement, Huawei would set up a new company and integrate the core technologies and resources of the intelligent vehicle solutions business into the new company, covering such fields as intelligent driving solutions, intelligent cockpit, intelligent onboard digital platform, intelligent car cloud, AR-HUD and intelligent car lights.
